My wife and I have worked with Joe several times before. And he always delivers quality and prompt service. He is truly an expert at what he does. Not only does he make sure we make a decision that is based on our financial goals. But he also educates us and makes himself readily available when we need him. Our experience with him goes beyond our expectations every single time. Joe has become an essential part of the empire we are building. And we look forward for our next investment opportunity to work him.

Joe and his team were very helpful during the whole process of purchasing the home, he checked in weekly and answered any questions promptly. I would highly recommend his team, and would use them again myself in the future. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable!

Joe and his team has been very excellent at every point of view. While my first time buying a house they have made every easy and smooth I’ll definitely be coming back to them and referring!

As first time home buyers and mortgage borrowers, Joe Mata and nexa helped us find the best rate and did so with excellent customer service. He explained everything very transparently and thoroughly.

Joe and his team are the absolute best! I purchased a home from out of state. Joe made it easy to work with all the folks involved to get the loan closed quickly. Thank you!!
